Refund Policy – Lifepandit

At Lifepandit, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences through Live Webinars and Courses. As a policy, all purchases made on our platform are non-refundable. However, refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

Refund Eligibility
  • Platform Access Issues

    • If a user is unable to access a purchased Live Webinar or Course due to a technical issue on our platform, and the issue remains unresolved for more than 7 working days after the complaint is raised, a refund will be processed.
  • Duplicate Payment

    • If a customer mistakenly makes a duplicate payment for the same offering, the excess amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
  • Event Cancellations

    • If Lifepandit cancels a scheduled Live Webinar, eligible participants will receive a full refund.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
  • Failure to apply a discount or coupon code at the time of purchase.
  • Missing or skipping a Live Webinar due to personal reasons.
  • Change of mind after purchasing a Course or Webinar.
  • If an event is rescheduled from the organizer's end.
Refund Processing

If a refund request meets the eligibility criteria, it will be processed within  7 working days from the approval of the request.
